On August 31, there will be a combined worship service at 10 a.m. Worship will be in the Sanctuary. KWCC. T-Shirts and casual dress is encouraged. There will be guest speakers during the worship service. After worship, join in the service activities of your choice (all ages welcome):

• Put together outdoor furniture that will be transported to Langetree Retreat. The furniture will give formerly-homeless veterans a great space for conversation or thinking.

• Paint flower pots that will be transported to Langetree Retreat for the veterans’ community.

• Write and draw notes of encouragement to children and teachers at Old Fort Elementary School.

BRING: New new shoes or socks for an elementary school boy or girl. Socks and shoes will be hand-delivered to the elementary school this fall.
