Weddings at Kingwood Christian Church

All are welcome to be married at Kingwood Christian Church, including same-sex couples.

  • ​While not required, pre-marital couples counseling with a minister is suggested and available.

  • KWCC can host and accommodate both your wedding ceremony and reception. Please note, alcohol is prohibited.

  • A security deposit is required to secure a wedding date on the church calendar.

Our Facilities

SANCTUARY

  • The Sanctuary seating capacity is 372.

  • Rental pricing is based on up-to two-hours of sanctuary use.

  • The church has ministers available to officiate weddings (fee schedule below), or you may choose to provide your own pastor/officiant.

  • No nails, tacks, staples, pins, adhesives, or anything that will mark woodwork or furniture may be used.

  • Since weddings are considered a sacred service, any music played during the ceremony must be appropriate for a worship service according to our guidelines.

  • The church sound system may only be operated by church staff.

  • Receptions cannot be held in the sanctuary.

  • Alcohol is prohibited on the church property.

  • No church equipment or property should be taken out of any building.

  • Areas used must be left free of any debris, decorations, or trash.

Sanctuary (Ceremony)

  • $950 Rental

  • $500 Security Deposit (Refundable)

Ceremony Additions (Optional)

  • Sound System & Operator, $150

  • Pianist, $200

  • Soloist, $100

  • Minister Officiating, $200

  • Pre-Marital Counseling, $200

FELLOWSHIP HALL

Our Fellowship Hall is constructed of two stories consisting of an overall total of 10,000 sq. ft. and features a large open area (approximately 2,800 sq. ft.), a full kitchen, restrooms, classrooms and offices.

  • 2,800 sq. ft. of open space

  • Full Kitchen available equipped with an ice maker, refrigerator, freezer, food warming cabinet, two sinks, microwave, and stove.

Fellowship Hall (Reception)

  • $700 Rental (4 Hours)

  • $300 Security Deposit (Refundable)

Reception Additions (Optional)​

  • Sound System & Operator, $150

  • Round Tables with Tablecloths, $10/each
