On World Communion Sunday - October 1, The Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, in conjunction with other denominations and believers worldwide, participate in communion to recognize our unity in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Kingwood Christian Church will celebrate World Communion during both worship services; The Table at 10:00AM and The Sanctuary at 11:00AM.

Kingwood Christian Church's annual Turkey Drive supports Mission Northeast in helping put a turkey on the dinner table of a family in need at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The 2023 Turkey Drive will begin Sunday, October 8 with a final collection on Sunday, November 5. Our "Turkey Tracker" will be activated at the start of the drive, check back here for updates then!
Our planned "Fellowship at The Lake" event has changed to "Fall Fellowship" due to the low water level of Lake Livingston. Our Fall Fellowship event will take place on Saturday, October 21 beginning at 3:00PM, hosted by Tammy Haddad and Terrie Sweet. Join us for fellowship, food and swimming! All ages are welcome. Food will be provided, bring a friend and dessert if you'd like. Please RSVP by Sunday, October 8.
