Youth Discipleship Class

Youth Minister J.D. Rose led the new Sunday evening Discipleship class through the Gospel of Mark.

In Spring 2008, we hosted the first flight of our new Discipleship Class on Sunday evenings. Each week we moved through a new part of Mark's Gospel and connected Jesus' teaching in a powerful way to our lives. Our class took several field trips and visited other places of worship as we sought to better understand what the call to follow Jesus means for each of us.

This creative and innovative way of learning and growing incorporates ancient spiritual disciplines with a fresh outlook on Christian thought and expression to make the message of Christ relevant and real for students. All youth (grades 6 through 12) are welcome to attend.
