The women of Kingwood Christian Church have a vibrant ministry which includes Bible Study (weekly and monthly), fellowship, diverse craft opportunities and a multitude of service projects. All are welcome as we share the ways that God is moving in our lives and ways that we are called to serve others. Sisters of the Spirit

Who do you know who wouldn't love a case of contagious joy? Joy makes hard days easier, dark days brighter, optimism possible, and friendships a pleasure. Bring your lunch and join the KCC Disciple Women each Thursday at noon in KCC Classroom A through July 14, 2011 for some amazing discussion, sharing and sisterhood based on the book Contagious Joy by Christa Kinde. The KCC Disciple Women's Book Club meets monthly for lively discourse AND DESSERT at the home of Karen Head located at 2243 Tangle Lake, Kingwood 77339. Selections are chosen by the members and all are welcome (whether you've finished - or even started - the book or not!) For more information about current reading selections, please click here.

Bunco!

Feeling like a great night out with the girls complete with food, fun and fellowship? KCC has two groups which meet in members' homes for food, game playing and lots of laughs. No previous Bunco experience or Church membership required. It's a hoot and we are always looking for new members! Crafters Unite! Again!

Join us on Friday June 24, 2011 from 6-8:00 PM in the KCC Choir Room for a "Painting with a Twist" type of evening with creative guru Sabrina Reynolds. No artistic skills required. Sabrina will artfully lead us through step-by-step as we create our own masterpiece on canvas. Wear your comfy-can-get-dirty clothes. Bring brushes if you have them. Materials cost $15 and you should send your RSVP and materials fee to Karen Tillett by June 12, 2011.

Miscellaneous Service Groups

Service groups provide for those in need at Mission Northeast. Suppers are provided on the last Friday of each month and lunches are provided on the first Tuesday of each month. Please click here for more information about these important and much appreciated service opportunities.

College Care Packages are assembled each year for our College Kids to help them through those last hectic weeks before they get to come home for Christmas with goodies and the reminder that KCC is praying for them!
